Oisín began his fitness journey at 6 years old by training and competing in martial arts. Oisin’s own journey and physical transformation was what inspired him to research exercise and nutrition protocols that would prove to be the foundation upon which he has built the ‘Compound Training Systems’ method that has yielded such incredible results to clients for the past decade. Oisin background includes:
  • Hons in Sports Science & Health from Dublin City University
  • Certified Sports Nutritionist : International Olympic Committee
  • Certified in Health & Physiology with Carlow IT
  • Certified Olympic Weightlifting Coach (IAWA lvl 1)

Kevin McDermott

Kevin has being involved with sports and exercise from a young age, playing a variety of sports such as Soccer, Cricket, Athletics and Golf. This led him to have an interest in how the body works in terms of training, development and nutrition. For almost ten years his goal as a Personal Trainer has been to motivate, inspire, and improve the health, fitness and well being of the clients. Kevin’s background includes:

    Eoin Healy

    Eoin has been in the industry for the last 5 years working in Ireland and abroad in Australia. He is always looking to further his education and learn from the best via seminars and being an avid reader of all things fitness and nutrition. His method of coaching is to trial and error most methods to then pass onto clients as he will have a unique understanding of how and what they will be feeling mentally and physically.       Aaron Smyth

      I got into health and fitness late, at the age of 18, because I got fed up with my appearance and fitness levels. After playing Soccer, Gaelic, Sprinting at a high level and getting into the college life routine. I was left slightly lost as college life took over.
      After a few years of training I got into competitive bodybuilding and I am now one of Irelands top physique athletes with achievements such as placing top 10 in the WFF Mr. Fitness universe (2012) and have been in the top 5 physique athletes in Ireland since I began competing in 2010.
      I am now committed to helping people achieve the same success as I have with incredible body transformations.
